The Memory Remains

WHAT UP

Metallica announced a cover contest for their remaster/reissue of ReLoad (lot of r-words!)

every week they are doing a song from the album. The first week was “The Memory Remains,” and I put together a cover and a video throughout the week.

Keeping in mind this was done in a very short period of time (instruments, singing, video), I think it came out quite well. Ripped right through my voice because I don’t usually try to sing in the James Hetfield Ballpark.

It would be super cool if it’s among the winners, because then it would go up on Metallica’s channel, which would definitely be some good exposure for the ol’ Racket.
